Wardrobe Essentials: Nic+Zoe 4 Way Convertible Cardigan

Today I’m excited to talk more about Wardrobe Essentials. You already know I love quality over quantity and investing in classic pieces that will last years to come. Everyone needs a versatile cardigan and today I will discuss Wardrobe Essentials: NIC+ZOE 4-Way Convertible Cardigan Review.

A cardigan is essential and I have tried several brands of cardigans over the years to find my favorites. When I came across this NIC+ZOE 4-Way Convertible Cardigan, I was in awe! It’s features and versatility put it at the top of my wardrobe essential list!

Why I love the NIC+ZOE 4-Way Cardigan

• Convertible Cardigan: This is the BEST feature of this NIC + ZOE cardigan. It was intentionally (and creatively) designed to wear 4 different ways! Thank you NIC + ZOE designers for putting so much thought into this cardigan design! See below for the 4 ways to wear this cardigan and my video on how to change between each design.
• Fabric: The fabric content of cardigans is SO important! I find many cardigans do not wear well – they either become pilled easily or stretch out easily – but this NIC+ZOE cardigan has some of the best fabric! It has worn very well over the past few months and is machine washable! See more about their knitwear below.
• Petite-friendly sizing: This 4-way cardigan comes in regular and petite sizing. I am wearing the Petite P size and it fits very well. No alterations or tailoring required! The cardigan fits well in the shoulder width and arm length – big wins for us petite ladies! See my full measurements on my About Page.
• Color options: Currently available in 6 color options! Great neutrals available such as my Mushroom color or black, midnight blue (navy) and brighter colors such as French Rose (pink) and Absinthe (teal green)!
• Work or Casual Wear: This NIC+ZOE cardigan is easy to dress up for work outfits or wear casually for weekends or running errands. It also is great for layering for chilly work environments (like mine) or car/airplane flights! I added a pearl statement necklace from Ann Taylor (see photos) to dress up this cardigan for work.
• US-based company: This is a Boston-based company who focuses on busy women – they understand the everyday hustle of our lives! Their motto is #makebusylookgood! How awesome is this! NIC+ZOE is also known for their knitwear so it’s no surprise their fabric content is amazing!
• Basically this 4-Way Cardigan was built for the hustle and bustle of our busy lives! Who else makes a convertible cardigan in several color options, petite-friendly sizing, and excellent knit fabric.

4 Ways to Wear the NIC + ZOE 4-Way Cardigan

First Way to Wear: OPEN

Simple yet classy. Easily throw on this cardigan and wear it open. Easy layer over a camisole, t-shirt, tee or blouse!

Second Way to Wear: TIED

Simply tie this cardigan! I LOVE this look for wearing with dresses (and skirts)! Great to carry with a clutch to an event or bring to layer over a summer dress when it gets chilly at night!

Third Way to Wear: TWISTED

This third way is often overlooked! When I was researching this cardigan before purchasing, many photos and reviews didn’t even mention the twisted look! It is so cute though! The 2 inside buttons are well hidden and allow you to twist the 2 sides of the cardigan. See photos and video for more details please.

Fourth Way to Wear: WRAPPED

The wrapped look is one of the most common ways to wear this cardigan. I love this look, especially when  you customize it to wear a little loser (see photo differences). I do feel the wrapped look is not the best way to wear this cardigan for a petite-frame like myself (and smaller bust) but it still is a stylish and classic look.
