Amazon Fashion Finds & Prime Day
*Note: 2019 update – I originally wrote this blog post in 2018 and because I value quality over quantity and investment pieces, there was no need to update this blog post except for working links.
I love Amazon for their variety of items you can find, Prime membership and shipping, along with their extras like Amazon Video, Amazon Fresh, Amazon Music and Amazon Kindle. I’ve been an Amazon Prime member since 2007! If you are not a Prime Member yet, you can join for a 30-day trial and shop the Prime Day now – starting at 12pm PT/ 3pm ET on July 15 for 48-hours!
I have definitely taken advantage of videos, books, and music. My family has used Amazon Fresh before and have been pleased with the delivery service. My favorite items from Amazon include shoe inserts & nail care. Shop all of my favorites on my Amazon Shop!

Kitchen:
- Sous Vide: I never used to use one of these but my brother-in-law has been using this one for years! He’s taught me and my mom how to use this now and it makes cooking easy and tasty.
- Glass Water Bottle: I’ve switched to glass for my sustainability practices and love this portable glass water bottle! It doesn’t leak, has a lock function, the silicone padding comes off easily to see the glass, and it comes in 4 great colors. I own teal green of course.
- Glass Straws: I drink coffee/tea through a straw to prevent staining my teeth and these are my new reusable straws I use!
- Silicone Baking Mat: I’m eliminating the use of aluminum foil in our home and these silicone baking mats work for large or small toaster ovens.
Clothing:
- T-Shirt Dress: Perfect for dressing up or down in classic black
- Nike Sneakers: I just got these in blush pink and love them! I wear a size 6 (up from a size 5.5) and they are comfortable for running errands and walking around town.
- Black Work Dress: A classic design from a reputable brand and it comes in petite sizing!
- Chloe Bag Dupe: The perfect dupe to a $1,000+ bag for a fraction of the price!
- Clothing Laundry Bag: I always wash my clothing in a delicate laundry bag which protects it and helps pieces last longer

Other:
- Selfie Stick: I love my Selfie Stick and use it on vacations often. This one is so compact and will easily fit in your purse or handbag.
- Phone Sanitizer: Working in healthcare I always need to sanitize and clean my phone! This is my favorite product and now Version 3.0 comes in even more colors to match your home decor
- Portable Phone Charger: My boyfriend and I always carry one of these with us while traveling. Perfect to ensure you’re phone won’t lose battery while taking photos or calling a ride-share!
- Samsung SSD: We’ve replaced my MacBook Pro with Samsung SSD before and they are wonderful! Now I can efficiently use a 8+ year old MacBook to edit photos and more for my business!
- Webcam: This is the exact webcam I got in 2019 to help with Facebook LIVE and Zoom calls. I own a 2011 MacBook Pro so the built in camera does not function as well
- Ring Light: This is a small one I use with my iPhone at times – great and convenient to travel with
- Large Ring Light: 18-inch for photo shoots and LIVE sessions
- Smart Home Products: We own the Echo along with light bulbs and switches to control our home. Once set-up, easy to use day-to-day.

- Start with Why by Simon Sinek and Find your Why
- Mindset by Carol Dweck – This is a great read about how we change between a fixed and growth mindset and how we can change our viewpoints and perceptions to further ourselves.
