Summer Shoes for Casual to Date Night Looks
With summer weather here, I’m excited to try out new summer shoe styles for casual to date night outfits! As you know I love practical and comfortable styles and picked out 2 favorites to style for you. Bonus, I found a neutral tote bag that’s perfect for both these outfits!

Casual Outfit
If you’re traveling this summer, this outfit is perfect for sightseeing in style and comfort! I love white denim to brighten up a look and floral prints always go well with white. I picked out these wedge booties for spring/summer and they are a perfect fit! I opted for size 6 (instead of 5.5) and they are comfortable despite the 3.75 inch heel. The wedge heel provides support and allows you to easily walk around the city!
For a large but neutral tote bag, this ivory one caught my eye. I love the extra lattice-detailing on it and 2 interior pockets, 1 zipper pocket and snap magnetic closure to keep everything secure. It also features super-soft leather and I can see myself carrying this from the gym to runnings errands to my go-to travel bag while sightseeing!

Date Night Outfit
To transition this outfit from day to night, I opted for a quick shoe change. Although the open-toe wedge booties/sandals can be used for date night, I opted to glam up my outfit with a rose gold point-toe mule. I’ve never worn mules and this rose gold color definitely caught my eye. They are the perfect alternative to uncomfortable heels! I was initially nervous about the comfort level of a mule and a point-toe style but I can say that I’ve worn this outfit out for date night and walked 2-3 blocks in them around Old Town Pasadena and they have just enough support.
I finished off the outfit with a faux leather jacket and kept the same versatile handbag.
